Returns

Make sure the merchandise you return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund.

Once your package reaches our warehouse, please allow 3 to 7 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.

To initiate a return via mail, email [add your store’s return email address here] with your order number and items to return. Shipping and duties are non-refundable, and return shipping charges are incurred by the client. Damaged and/or improperly packaged returns will not be accepted. Please allow 3 business days for your mailed return to be processed.

A return authorization number must be included in your return and will be provided by email.

Shipping

Free standard shipping on orders over $300.

You will receive an e-mail containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped. Visit the Track your order section to check the most up-to-date status of your order. The estimated delivery time may vary depending on the location of the shipping address.

U.S. Customers

To our U.S. customers, all orders placed shipping to the U.S. may incur additional duties, taxes, and fees. Charges are determined by U.S. Customs and must be paid by the client prior to order fulfillment.
